Flext is the first flexible tariff, it constantly adapts to how you use your phone. For your monthly line rental, you receive a much larger flexible value that can be used for voice calls, texts, picture messages and voicemail.

T-Mobile is one of the largest mobile companies in the world. This means all the great service you're used to, plus the backing of a truly global presence.

Call charges are shown per minute for comparison purposes but are billed by the second (minimum call charge 2p), all prices inc. VAT. Add £3 to monthly fee if not paying by Direct Debit. Standard calls are to local/national numbers as defined by T-Mobile.

Free inclusive minutes apply to local and national fixed landline numbers and other T-Mobile customers
Free option to change time plans
Itemised billing at £1.50 per month
Off-Peak is 6pm - 7am Monday to Friday, and all-day Bank Holidays & Weekends
One-off Connection Charge is normally 35 ukp (includes smartcard) -
but T-Mobile are offering free connection until further notice

* Web'n'Walk add-on
T-Mobile defines free data use as up to 2GB per month of total UK data used for both sending and receiveing. T-Mobile may contact customers who exceed this volume of data in 2 or more consecutive months in any six month period to ask them to reduce their usage. If usage is not reduced, notice may be given, after which network protection controls may be applied which will result in a reduced speed of transmission. Use of VoIP and Messaging over IP is prohibited by T-Mobile.

*Web'n'Walk Plus Laptop Data Plan
T-Mobile defines fair use as total UK data use (both sent and received) of up to 3 GB per month. T-Mobile may contact customers who exceed 3GB of data to ask them to reduce their usage. If data usage is not reduced following a request from T-Mobile and/or for customers on Web 'n' Walk Plus where use of Voice over Internet Protocol is detected, notice may be given, after which network protection controls may be applied which will result in a reduced speed of transmission.

*Web'n'Walk Max Laptop Data Plan
T-Mobile defines fair use as total UK data use (both sent and received) of up to 10 GB per month. T-Mobile may contact customers who exceed 10GB of data to ask them to reduce their usage. If data usage is not reduced following a request from T-Mobile and/or for customers on Web 'n' Walk Max, notice may be given, after which network protection controls may be applied which will result in a reduced speed of transmission.
